Inspection Before Purchase

Customers have the opportunity to inspect the scooter before accepting it and making payment.

Because our inventory may include new, open-box, used, or refurbished products, the condition of each scooter may vary. Customers should inspect the product and confirm that they are satisfied with its condition before completing the purchase.

Returns

We do not accept returns after the customer has accepted the scooter and completed payment.

All sales are final after acceptance and payment.

If a customer chooses not to accept the scooter during inspection and before payment, the customer may decline the purchase without completing the transaction.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges after the scooter has been accepted and paid for.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If the scooter presented to the customer is materially different from the product that was ordered or reserved, the customer may refuse the product before accepting it and making payment.
